Nautibeach Condo #4

We love NautiBeach #4! Once again it was our home-away-from-home on Isla. We loved being able to wake up and and hit Playa Norte first thing in the morning, and, also, being able to walk to town and all it offers. NautiBeach is very well located and beautiful. You can’t beat it!

Our condo was perfect for the three of us. Nautibeach is a beautiful quiet haven on Isla.

We stayed in Condo #4 and it was appointed very well. Having 2 bathrooms is a very nice addition as I have stayed in many different condos at Nautibeach. IMVR went above and beyond and reached out almost daily to assure we had everything that we needed. We had Maid service every other day which was great, but I would suggest that changing the sheets every 2 days as it is a waste of water resources, and NO ONE changes their sheets every 2 days LOL.

The crock pot in the kitchen was a GREAT idea. I used it 3 times while there. So handy to start the dinner and head to the beach or GREAT pool area.

The only thing I would have liked to have had was a bigger fry pan with a lid. The fry pan nor the Dutch oven pan had a lid. The A/C was very good, the Roku TV was an added bonus. I brought my own fire stick but did not need it. We have stayed in condo 5, 14, 17, 18, 10, and 1 over our 25 years of enjoying the island.

We have always stayed at Nautibeach and it feels like home.

We love Nautibeach! We stayed in condo #4 which was 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Great for 4 adults. Remodeled and very clean. #4 is right by the pool and beach. Walk off your patio and into the pool area. We also had another couple that rented #20 on the 2nd floor (2 bed 1 bath). We cooked a full meal one evening in #4 and did fine with the cookware provided. AC was ice cold. We were there during hurricane Zeta and the property was amazingly quiet! The property management was Excellent! Marla and Candelario were 100% responsive and helpful with anything we needed. They made sure we had candles, matches and kept us posted of when the power would be off ahead of the storm. We felt 100% safe at all times. Patio was great for morning coffee and had great views of the pool and ocean. We made the best of the weather and being in the North location, we were able to walk to Hidalgo street and many other restaurants. We also rented golf carts to the Joint and Soggy Peso. The security guard was always there and ready to let us thru the gate and into the complex. We really could not have asked for anything more! We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great vacation. I love the location of nautibeach. It is just perfect and close to everything. The condo was nice for me and my sister. The weather didn’t cooperate while we were there so we didn’t use the pool or go to the beach.

Our condo at Nautibeach was lovely. It was clean, comfortable, and the location by the pool and Playa Norte was unbeatable. The staff at The Mayan Beach Club made everything so easy. We were so sad to leave, and are already making plans to return asap.

Booking was so simple and when we had a change in dates, Marla was so accommodating and VERY responsive! She provided a transfers recommendation (At Your Service Cancun is the BEST!) and checking in was SO easy! One of the few condos at Nautibeach that is 2 bed, 2 bath–it directly faces the pool and ocean and the adjacent Mayan restaurant is delicious! The property is lovely and well maintained and despite its proximity to the pool, ocean and restaurant, was very quiet at night (even for New Year’s Eve!) Javier manning the gate was a favorite (he made a point of calling us by name). The property manager runs Conde Tours around the corner and Walter and Flora there were amazing!
