Casa Aruma is a unique property, located in the beating heart of Isla Mujeres, on Guerrero Av. just a few steps from the main strip and a couple of blocks from the majestic beauty of Playa Norte, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
It is a property with three levels, and 5 rooms, each room with its own bathroom, flat screen TV, air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, and living room, all equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 19 guests. It also has a pool and a rooftop with the best views of Isla Mujeres; the furniture and decoration were made exclusively for our property, and you will not find anything like it. Casa Aruma has a beautiful outdoor pool with a waterfall. From the rooftop, you can see the picturesque view of Cancun Bay and Mar Caribe.
The experience at Casa Aruma is complemented by our 5-star services and amenities, as our guest you will have access to the exclusive Guru Beach Club and Mayan Beach Club located in Playa Norte, where you can enjoy the beach with all the comfort; The cleaning service is carried out with the highest quality standards, between each reservation we clean, disinfect and sanitize the house completely so that upon arrival you receive it impeccable, additionally we also do the cleaning every day of your stay

- Water, Power, Internet Service While priority efforts will be made to remedy any issues, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for utility failures such as the supply of electricity, internet service, water, air conditioning, television or cable service, appliances, etc. It is the guest's obligation to report any problems or damage to the condo immediately. Complaints & Maintenance In case of a maintenance problem, the guests are required to notify the property manager who will strive to repair the problem as soon as possible. Property Manager : Please refer to email communications for property management information. IMVR is not responsible for property management services. Drugs & Hazardous Materials Guests shall not use or permit to be brought into the condo any illegal substances, inflammable fluids or other explosives or articles deemed hazardous to life, limb or property. Pets: No animals or pets of any kind may be brought into the property. KEYS: Guests are responsible for keys. There is a $50 charge for each set of lost keys. Be sure to follow instructions precisely on where to leave your villa keys when you depart. Security Guests are responsible for the security of the villa during occupancy. You must keep all windows and doors locked securely at all times when not on the premises. You must observe all cautions explained by your local contact. Lost or Stolen Items: IMVR, IMVR agents or the property owners are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. Do not leave shoes, clothing, or towels outside overnight, as they can easily disappear. Travel Insurance For peace of mind we recommend travel and trip cancellation insurance. Hurricane Season Hurricane season is between 1 June to 30 November. In case of a hurricane, the manager will contact you and advise you of any warnings and evacuation orders. We do not allow any guest to remain at the villa during a hurricane as the villa will be shuttered and utilities turned off. We recommend trip insurance to cover your expenses as refunds will not be given due to weather. https://islamujeres.rentalguardian.com/ Passport Travel Documents It is the guests' responsibility to travel with the correct documentation.
