- Water, Power, Internet Service While priority efforts will be made to remedy any issues, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for utility failures such as the supply of electricity, internet service, water, air conditioning, television or cable service, appliances, etc. It is the guest's obligation to report any problems or damage to the condo immediately. Complaints & Maintenance In case of a maintenance problem, the guests are required to notify the property manager who will strive to repair the problem as soon as possible. Drugs & Hazardous Materials Guests shall not use or permit to be brought into the condo any illegal substances, inflammable fluids or other explosives or articles deemed hazardous to life, limb or property. Pets: No animals or pets of any kind may be brought into the property. Keys Guests are responsible for keys. There is a $50 charge for each set of lost keys. Be sure to follow instructions precisely on where to leave your villa keys when you depart. Security Guests are responsible for the security of the villa during occupancy. You must keep all windows and doors locked securely at all times when not on the premises. You must observe all cautions explained by your local contact. Lost or Stolen Items IMVR, IMVR agents or the property owners are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. Do not leave shoes, clothing, or towels outside overnight, as they can easily disappear. Travel Insurance For peace of mind we recommend travel and trip cancellation insurance. For your convenience, https://islamujeres.rentalguardian.com/ There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or weather conditions, work and family emergencies or other commitments. Hurricane Season Hurricane season is between 1 June to 30 November. In case of a hurricane, the manager will contact you and advise you of any warnings and evacuation orders. We do not allow any guest to remain at the villa during a hurricane as the villa will be shuttered and utilities turned off. We recommend trip insurance to cover your expenses as refunds will not be given due to weather. https://islamujeres.rentalguardian.com/ Passport Travel Documents It is the guests' responsibility to travel with the correct documentation.
