Casa de las Palmas is tucked away from the hustle and noise of Downtown – just a 10 to 15 minute golf cart ride into town. The private estate consists of a Main Villa with 4 ensuites coupled with 2 casitas – each with 2 ensuites, located at the opposite end of the property. The 2 casitas share the same structure and have similar furnishings. From the main villa courtyard entrance to the chic interior, pergola, outdoor covered BBQ and 1/2 bath, all out by the salt water infinity pool, Casa de las Palmas is bathed in exquisite evening reflections.

Casa de las Palmas has beautiful blue Caribbean ocean/beach views. The waves crashing on the shore are visible from all the master suites as well as the living area and pool area. The home is just across the street from the beach with easy access to stroll along the shore, pick up shells, or watch the dolphins and turtles laying their eggs or whale sharks (when in season). The Space

Enjoy swimming in a spacious salt water infinity edge pool overlooking the Caribbean. Sunbathe in any of the chaise lounges or catch some shade under the pergola or the pavillion. The beautifully manicured and expansive outdoor living area will provide hours of entertainment, spectacular views, privacy and relaxation.

Living Room

The Main Villa living room has full glass sliding doors that open to a covered patio overlooking the pool and garden. The Casitas A & B living rooms open out to a balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea – directly across the street from the property. Casitas A & B also have large covered patios facing the pool with outdoor dining tables, chairs and hammocks.

Entertainment

The Main Villa has 2 TV’s with local cablemas where you can watch some US stations. Local internet service is available throughout the property as well as cellphone service. The bar and sitting area are wonderful areas for guests to relax and play board games or cards.

Dining

Choice of on-site dining include seating for 12 at the large dining table inside the Main Villa, plus seating for 4 more at the granite bar so that all 16 guests can eat together in the Main Villa. There are numerous options for outside dining such as the outdoor covered patio or under the pergola.

Kitchen

The main villa kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Both Casita A & B have fully equipped kitchens.

Guest Suite / Bedroom

This elegant home has 4 large master suites in the main villa plus 2 master suites in each casita.

Maid service is available for weekly rentals on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
