Sit on your balcony and watch the streets come to life while sipping your morning coffee. Make breakfast in your state-of-the-art kitchen, or wander down the street to one of the many cafes or Instagram-worthy breakfast spots. The air-conditioned bedroom offers a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, and a safe. The unit is equipped with cable/WiFi, a 48 curved TV, Bluetooth speakers as well as towels and chairs for the beach. The inside of this unit is bright, modern, and colorful with Yucatan-inspired décor and splashes of local art.

Pool or sea? Your choice!

When you’re ready to cool off, you’re only a couple of blocks from one of the world’s most beautiful beaches, Playa Norte (we know we’re biased, but this review comes from TripAdvisor!). This fine, white sand beach is known for its warm, shallow and brightly-hued turquoise waters and excellent swimming conditions. If pools are more your style, you’re in luck — Estrella del Mar has a sparkling pool circled by a comfortable and quiet lounging area, perfect for an afternoon siesta or a book binge.

A quick 20 minute ferry ride brings you to paradise.Nestled on a quiet street (Juarez) in the heart of downtown Isla Mujeres, Estrella Del Mar is a new 9 unit complex. Each unit has its own outdoor space overlooking the pool.A quick walk or taxi ride from the ferry dock, this 850 sq. ft., one bedroom condo is a block and a half from the beach. A fully equipped kitchen offers the opportunity to prepare leisurely meals and snacks while the location has you steps from the restaurants and shops of Hidalgo St., the Mercado (local market) and the main square.The air-conditioned bedroom offers a king sized bed, ceiling fan and a safe. There is also a small balcony overlooking the street, perfect for afternoon quiet time in the shade. The spacious bathroom is accessible from bedroom as well as from the large, air conditioned living space.

The Neighborhood
