Beautifully decorated with original art and quality appliances, all rooms have stunning four story views of the Caribbean Ocean, Bahía de Mujeres bay, Cancun ‘s skyline or Downtown Isla. It’s double sliding door recede into the walls to create a versatile dining-living-front balcony area. The open kitchen with granite counter tops is integrated to the living area and fully equipped.

The Master bedroom has one king size bed and a private balcony. The two guest rooms are equipped one with a queen size bed and the other with two beds. This is a corner unit with a great additional view of the coastline from the kitchen window.

Door to the Sea

Puerta al Mar means ‘Door to the Sea,’ a fitting name for this beautiful property. Villa 105 is a spacious, modern, sparkling clean and picturesque corner condo that offers access to a private beach, a gym/spa, and a pool with a tiki bar — as well as incredible views of the Caribbean waters.

The entire space brings the outside in, with double sliding doors that disappear into the walls, allowing the sound of the ocean and the cool breeze into the home. The property is located in a quiet and serene end of the island, where privacy and tranquility are plentiful. That being said, it’s not far from popular beach clubs like Garrafon, as well as a short taxi or golf cart ride from Playa Norte.

Wake up views

Villa 105 sleeps seven people, and has three bedrooms — all with artful decor and luxurious bedding. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and a private balcony with an ocean view. There is also a Smart TV, plenty of storage, a safe and an en-suite with a glass walk-in shower.

The first guest bedroom also has a king-sized bedroom and the second room features two twin beds. These bedrooms have access to a full bathroom with a large shower.

The living area is bright, comfortable and offers a beautiful view. The dining space opens up to a balcony area, and there’s a Smart TV nearby if you want to catch the game while cooking dinner. The kitchen is modern and comes with everything you’ll need during your stay. Granite countertops frame high-end appliances and the breakfast bar is the perfect place to sip a mimosa or a coffee before heading down to the pool.

Sac Bajo is a tranquil and private part of Isla, but isn’t far from some of the island’s most popular sites and exciting neighborhoods. You’re a short distance from the Garrafon beach club, which offers snorkeling, ziplining and kayaking activities. A quick taxi or golf cart ride will bring you to El Centro and the Playa Norte beach — an area bursting with charming shops, world-class bars and restaurants, and some of the best people watching. With Puerta al Mar, you really get the best of both worlds: privacy and quick access to the island’s lively and authentic attractions.
