The house consists of 2 identical studios located on the 2nd floor and the owner suite located on the first floor. The property includes Mexican Dish Network and Fiber Optic WiFi. Internet-ready tv with Netflix. The studios have a spacious layout and kitchenettes with two large private patios and the owner suite is 2200 sq ft with full kitchen, living, and dining space. The 13 ft by 39 ft private infinity pool is a fantastic place to spend a day soaking up the Mexican rays. You will also be the first to see the Mexican sun, should you choose to rise that early. On the bayside, you can catch the sunset from the veranda.

Cleaning Policy/Frequency

Housekeeping Mon thru Fri, 10am-2pm.

Rita is housekeeping and Idaias is the gardener. There is no charge for these services. Reminder that they do not work on weekends, however on Friday they will make sure you have what you need for the weekend.

Coffee: A starter supply is provided for the first day until you have time to pick some up.

We absolutely loved Casa Roca Chaac. The property was so clean, both inside and out. The infinity pool was so refreshing, warm and inviting in the afternoon where you could stare at the beautiful ocean. Working with IMVR was easy and they were very responsive to any questions we might have had. We loved waking up in the morning to see the beautiful sunrise each day and sleep with the screen door open to hear the waves crashing. We met David and Anita before leaving and they were so kind and helpful as our flight left later than checkout. A superb experience and we will definitely be back!

Our stay at Casa Roca Chaac was everything we were hoping for when we booked. The property is absolutely gorgeous! The studio was extremely clean, comfortable, and well equipped for a perfect vacation on the island. Wonderful communication from the property managers and owners. We enjoyed our stay at casa roca chaac! It is a perfect place for a couple looking for a peaceful upscale stay on the island. Owners are very attentive and accommodating, and you can’t beat the view. Would stay here again and again!
