Villa de la Vida is anything but typical. It’s a sophisticated, luxurious, and completely unique property on the southern tip of Isla Mujeres. It is widely considered to be a feat of engineering excellence and was designed by famous Mexican architect Javier Munoz Menendez. Villa de la Vida boasts tropical gardens; full-time staff to clean, help prepare meals, and accommodate guest needs; a large infinity pool and surrounding deck; a home theatre with 60” LED flat screen, surround sound, and leather recliners; and an outdoor grill and entertainment area with unbeatable views of the ocean. Entire walls slide away, bringing the outside in and allowing warm, tropical sunlight and cool ocean breezes to flood the home’s high ceilings and open-concept design. The six bedrooms have the highest quality linens and stunning views. The expansive master suite on the lower level has a king-sized bed and an en-suite with double sinks and an oversized rain shower. The other sleeping accommodations have beds that range between king-sized, queen, and twin beds.
Self-care on the terrace
Villa de la Vida also has a large upstairs terrace that comes with Italian seating and incredible views. Take your complimentary fresh-prepared breakfast out every morning to watch the sunrise and see the fishing boats head out for a day on the sea. This property offers easy access to the beach and comes with water accessories like kayaks and snorkeling equipment. After a day exploring the island, or sitting in the sun by the pool, you can retire to one of your many terraces and watch the vivid sunset, the twinkling glow of Cancun in the distance, and the stars coming out over the ocean.

- Water, Power, Internet Service While priority efforts will be made to remedy any issues, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for utility failures such as the supply of electricity, internet service, water, air conditioning, television or cable service, appliances, etc. It is the guest's obligation to report any problems or damage to the condo immediately. Complaints & Maintenance In case of a maintenance problem, the guests are required to notify the property manager who will strive to repair the problem as soon as possible. Property Manager Please refer to email communications for property management information. IMVR is not responsible for property management services. Drugs & Hazardous Materials Guests shall not use or permit to be brought into the condo any illegal substances, inflammable fluids or other explosives or articles deemed hazardous to life, limb or property. Pets: No animals or pets of any kind may be brought into the property. Keys Guests are responsible for keys. There is a $50 charge for each set of lost keys. Be sure to follow instructions precisely on where to leave your villa keys when you depart. Security Guests are responsible for the security of the villa during occupancy. You must keep all windows and doors locked securely at all times when not on the premises. You must observe all cautions explained by your local contact. Lost or Stolen Items IMVR, IMVR agents or the property owners are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. Do not leave shoes, clothing, or towels outside overnight, as they can easily disappear. Travel Insurance For peace of mind we recommend travel and trip cancellation insurance. For your convenience, https://islamujeres.rentalguardian.com/ There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or weather conditions, work and family emergencies or other commitments. Hurricane Season Hurricane season is between 1 June to 30 November. In case of a hurricane, the manager will contact you and advise you of any warnings and evacuation orders. We do not allow any guest to remain at the villa during a hurricane as the villa will be shuttered and utilities turned off.
