Vista de la Luz is a jewel among these properties — a six-bedroom home that comes with a private, palapa-covered dock and beach, an open-air living room with soaring 40-ft ceilings, and a lavish terrace surrounding the infinity pool.

Indoor and outdoor kitchens

This home is perfect for entertaining. Every room has panoramic ocean views. The second floor has comfortable lounge seating, an eye-catching water feature, and a beautifully-designed bar. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked, has a breakfast bar (where complimentary breakfast is cooked and served every day), and open concept access to the nearby cocktail bar and salon area. The pool area features an outdoor kitchen and grill, perfect for serving up a fresh afternoon lunch or hosting evening cocktails on the deck.

Modern design, authentic décor

While the home has a modern design, it’s adorned with classic and authentic Mexican artwork and decor. Custom woodwork, tropical pops of color, and unique tilework can be found throughout.

Every bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom with large showers and (with the exception of the studio apartment) a jetted tub. They also have access to terraces or their own private balconies, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Four of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds. One bedroom has a king-sized bed and the studio apartment has two double beds and a trundle bed. One of the bedrooms is the pool house, which also has its own living room and kitchen.

This property is located next to Garrafon park, which offers activities like snorkeling and ziplining. It’s also close to Punta Sur, with its majestic coastline and spiritual Mayan ruins. You can truly escape it all at this property and have a peaceful getaway at your own private piece of paradise. Or, you can easily slip into the charm and vibrant island lifestyle by taking a golf cart or a cab into El Centro to catch some live music, eat at world-class restaurants, or shop the local artisan markets.

The enchantment of Vista De La Luz is that from any vantage point in the villa, you are drawn to the exquisite views and romance of the Caribbean. A central sound system with iPod docking stations is available. There are 3 full-time housekeepers for the villa, Monday through Saturday. On the living room terrace is located a suspended fountain water sculpture, and a beautiful onyx bar. Go below to have a refreshing drink on the pool terrace watching gorgeous sunsets. Touring the Isla Mujeres allows you to experience the dramatic Caribbean side of the island and in town to enjoy the many local shops and excellent restaurants.
