Listing your property on IMVR is free. The referral rate for IMVR referred reservations is 15% of the net rate.
Owners are responsible for providing updated rates, photos, terms and conditions.

When a reservation comes through IMVR, I will book that directly with you. All funds will be paid directly to you from the guest and I will bill you for the 15% referral fee once the balance is paid.
