Marla at IMVR is who we used we stayed at casa Serena downtown. The house was amazing for our group of 15 The staff OMG can’t even explain how impeccable this staff is from the welcome snacks to the cold towels on arrival to the coffee made every morning and the cleanliness of this house . They were on top of every little detail and being downtown we were in walking distance to everything this is my fifth time on this island and each visit gets better and better. Thank you Marla and to all your staff my family and friends throughly enjoyed our stay

Finding a place to stay in Isla Mujeres during Island Time Music Fest can be challenging. Casa Roca Chaac was more than up to the task! We spent a wonderful week in the South King Suite and could not be more pleased with the property! The views were excellent. The property was pristine! We love staying near Punta Sur because of the quietness it provides in the evenings yet it is a short, scenic, cart ride into Centro or Playa Norte when we want that scene! A short walk up a nearby road deposited us at El Borracho Burro for our last meal on Isla where we planned our next visit. Our experience at Roca Chaac exceeded our expectations! Juan and his team were absolutely outstanding. We’ve stayed at a few other rentals in the area, but Casa Sirena has been our favorite by far. A big reason for that is the exceptional services that came with the stay—especially the daily housekeeping and the optional breakfast (totally worth it). The house itself is fantastic—spotlessly clean, great shared spaces, and in an excellent location.

We absolutely loved our stay at casa sirena! The location of the house cannot be beat! It’s close to town and the beach! We were met at the ferry and walked to the house and given a tour. There were staff every day that came to clean and make sure we had fresh bedroom and beach towels. They did an immaculate job cleaning the rooms! Juan was super responsive to any questions we had! I cannot say enough good things about the house, the staff, and our stay in general!
