Having been to Isla Mujeres multiple times prior, the location of Nautibeach Condos is phenomenal. The condo complex has all the amenities you could ask for with the biggest positives being the large pool, adjacent restaurant and bar and most importantly, mere steps to Playa Norte. A significant advantage is also having your own slice of Playa Norte for Nautibeach Condo guests only with loungers and umbrellas included daily and security staff monitoring that only those staying at Nautibeach can utilize this portion of beach. The courteous staff member will set up the loungers and umbrella for you, which were always available no matter what time of day.The condo was well appointed. We had all of the amenities required with ample fresh water in large blue jugs to use for cooking, water bottles,teeth brushing etc. The water is potable in the unit, but we took the extra precautions using the fresh water. Stacy, the condo manager was amazing with easy and very quick communication for our late check in, extra water being brought to our condo, minor maintenance issue and arranging taxis for departure. Marla the owner also checked in with us as well which was a nice touch. The beds were all comfortable with memory foam mattresses. The location also provided amazing snorkeling near the Mia resort and also for our whale shark tour which werr both within a 10 min walk. Ample restaurants all within 5-10 min walk. All together, a wonderful unit in a fantastic location.
Great unit location close to pool and beach. AC was super cold and kitchen supplies well stocked including plenty of water. Fit our party of 2 couples perfectly.
PERFECT! What a nice 1st visit to Isla. Location Location Location. It was nice to have 3 family’s spread out over Nautibeach Condos. Ours had the best patio, the best table for cards and meals. The 2 bathrooms came in handy for our party of 4. The host was great, stopped by for wristbands. The housekeeping crew went over and beyond. It was fun to see nature, birds, kittys and lizards. The view was magical. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!(our excursions were top notch too, appreciate the follow-up from Jarren. ) The convenience of the beach club was nice but just sitting back and watching the servers give top notch service, running from the kitchen to the beach, thoroughly enjoying their jobs put a smile on my face. The pool crew setting up umbrellas’ for us to grabbing my hand to help me rise my sandy feet was much appreciated. The people of Isla Mujures made the trip. SO NICE
