Especially appreciated the view, pool, beach chairs and location walkable to many shops and restaurants. One of the best restaurants is located right on the property. Air conditioning worked well and was quiet for sleeping. Drinking water was provided which was nice to not have to haul water from the store. Manager was great with communications and very responsive. Housekeeping did a great job. Would definately stay again!

My husband and I, and another couple, stayed in Unit 4, and it was amazing! The entire process from the time of booking to check out was great. The unit is on the first floor, and we walked right out to the pool, beach, and beach restaurant and bar on the property. The property is so beautiful and we really enjoyed sitting on the back patio for our morning coffee and nighttime card games. Take bug spray; there is lush vegetation and lots of mosquitoes. The location was perfect and we were just a couple of blocks away from the bars and restaurants on Hidalgo Street, so walking was very convenient. We got massages on our last day at the spa next door, which were also amazing. We rented golf carts a couple of times so we could make a couple of grocery trips to get alcohol and snacks for the room, and visit some of the other amazing places on the island, like The Joint, Soggy Peso, and many beach clubs. A few places, Tiny Gecko, Mango Cafe and the Brewery, were closed the last week of September for renovations or owner vacations since September is a slower time with hurricane season. We took our chances on the weather and lucked out and only had one afternoon with rain on our last day. The rest of the trip was sunny and gorgeous. The staff and Cande’s Tours took care of all of our needs and helped us rent a golf cart, brought us fresh towels, beach towels, beach chair and umbrella rental, and taxis back to the ferry. They were very attentive and just a text message away. I can’t say enough great things about Nautibeach Unit 4, and we will definitely stay here on our next trip. Our room was a immaculate, and the views were amazing. We found the Property Manager very helpful informative when we ran into a few hiccups checking in. The location was convenient easy to get downtown. Limited shopping around the
