We absolutely loved Casa Roca Chaac. The property was so clean, both inside and out. The infinity pool was so refreshing, warm and inviting in the afternoon where you could stare at the beautiful ocean. Working with IMVR was easy and they were very responsive to any questions we might have had. We loved waking up in the morning to see the beautiful sunrise each day and sleep with the screen door open to hear the waves crashing. We met David and Anita before leaving and they were so kind and helpful as our flight left later than checkout. A superb experience and we will definitely be back!

We’ve stayed in Isla four times and this location was very nice. We wanted a place with room for four, that was on beach and walkable to all the amazing restaurants, street vendors, and beach bars- but not locked into all inclusive prices. This was it! The area felt extremely safe and the staff were very attentive. There were always lots of options for beach chairs and a golf cart rental/tour company plus a convenience store right next door. The bar/restaurant adjacent to condo was amazing. The pool very nice. The one thing I will say is that Isla has gotten busier and more expensive compared to five years ago. The beach and the party boats that come from Cancun are quite busy in the afternoon with all kinds of competing loud music, but it goes totally quiet at about 830 pm.

Beautiful condo and setting right on Playa Norte. Marla and Earl were great communicators and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
