We’ve stayed in Isla four times and this location was very nice. We wanted a place with room for four, that was on beach and walkable to all the amazing restaurants, street vendors, and beach bars- but not locked into all inclusive prices. This was it! The area felt extremely safe and the staff were very attentive. There were always lots of options for beach chairs and a golf cart rental/tour company plus a convenience store right next door. The bar/restaurant adjacent to condo was amazing. The pool very nice. The one thing I will say is that Isla has gotten busier and more expensive compared to five years ago. The beach and the party boats that come from Cancun are quite busy in the afternoon with all kinds of competing loud music, but it goes totally quiet at about 830 pm.

Our stay at Casa Roca Chaac was everything we were hoping for when we booked. The property is absolutely gorgeous! The studio was extremely clean, comfortable, and well equipped for a perfect vacation on the island. Wonderful communication from the property managers and owners. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for the perfect island getaway.
We loved this condo! The property was clean, perfectly located, and everything is as it appears to be in the listing photos. Beds were comfortable, shower was nice, great views from the porch, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we had plenty of bottled water. Great communication from the property management and very responsive to our needs/requests. We loved that the condo is tucked away but easily accessible to everything. The A/C worked great! Lots of nice touches in the condo, including many hooks for hanging stuff (much appreciated!). I can’t recommend this property enough – we will definitely return!
