Located at the best beach on the island. Beautiful pool and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Super relaxing stay!
This was the most beautiful place we have stayed at since first visiting Isla Mujeres in 1995.
We stayed in Condo #4 and it was appointed very well. Having 2 bathrooms is a very nice addition as I have stayed in many different condos at Nautibeach. IMVR went above and beyond and reached out almost daily to assure we had everything that we needed. We had Maid service every other day which was great, but I would suggest that changing the sheets every 2 days as it is a waste of water resources, and NO ONE changes their sheets every 2 days LOL.
The crock pot in the kitchen was a GREAT idea. I used it 3 times while there. So handy to start the dinner and head to the beach or GREAT pool area.
The only thing I would have liked to have had was a bigger fry pan with a lid. The fry pan nor the Dutch oven pan had a lid. The A/C was very good, the Roku TV was an added bonus. I brought my own fire stick but did not need it. We have stayed in condo 5, 14, 17, 18, 10, and 1 over our 25 years of enjoying the island.
We have always stayed at Nautibeach and it feels like home.

Nautibeach was the perfect location and best unit we could have had. The view was amazing! The condo is very well equipped right down to clips for your towels on the beach chairs. We did cook a few light meals and found everything we needed to do so. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of linens provided. The location of Nautibeach is perfect for a stay on Playa Norte and the North end of the island. We look forward to visiting again!
