Booking was so simple and when we had a change in dates, Marla was so accommodating and VERY responsive! She provided a transfers recommendation (At Your Service Cancun is the BEST!) and checking in was SO easy! One of the few condos at Nautibeach that is 2 bed, 2 bath–it directly faces the pool and ocean and the adjacent Mayan restaurant is delicious! The property is lovely and well maintained and despite its proximity to the pool, ocean and restaurant, was very quiet at night (even for New Year’s Eve!) Javier manning the gate was a favorite (he made a point of calling us by name). The property manager runs Conde Tours around the corner and Walter and Flora there were amazing! We enjoyed our stay at casa roca chaac! It is a perfect place for a couple looking for a peaceful upscale stay on the island. Owners are very attentive and accommodating, and you can’t beat the view. Would stay here again and again!
Loved the beach, clear water if the ocean. Jonathan was awesome and the condo was very comfy. We had a great trip

Great location, clean and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again with and without our kids. Nice big outdoor patio that wraps on 2 sides of the condo since it is a corner unit.
