Casa Sirena

Rooms were cleaned everyday and tidied to an extreme professional standard. Host was friendly and responsive with any maintenance requests. Walking distance to everything downtown. Great for big groups. Would 100% recommend this location for any destination event or large group trip.

We had an incredible stay at Casa Sirena. The home is absolutely beautiful, and every room is spacious and comfortable—perfect for a large group like ours. From the moment we arrived, the experience was top-notch. Chris (owner) and Juan (manager) run a first-class operation. We were welcomed with fresh guacamole and margaritas waiting for us, which set the tone for the entire trip. The staff went above and beyond every day—preparing coffee each morning and keeping the house spotless from top to bottom. It truly felt like a luxury experience. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s centrally located, making it an easy walk to Playa Norte and Hidalgo Street, so you’re close to everything without needing transportation. One of our favorite features was the spacious fourth floor, which has an additional splash pool and bar. It was the perfect spot to watch both sunrise and sunset, and we found ourselves up there every evening for happy hour. I was initially concerned the pool might be too small for our group of 12, but it handled all of us comfortably when we wanted to cool off and relax. Highly recommend Casa Sirena—we would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay at Casa Sirena was absolutely delightful! My extended family of 5 couples plus 2 singles thoroughly enjoyed the privacy of each one’s own very quiet bedroom and bathroom, along with all the other amenities Casa offers. Casa staff was very attentive and helpful, and we especially appreciated Edmundo’s efforts in keeping us all well-stocked with the best Margaritas in Mexico! I can’t say enough about Casa property manager, Juan – he truly was the finest concierge we’ve ever encountered. He not only led us poor lost souls to Casa from the ferry dock, but he catered to every whim we had throughout our stay. My family would definitely stay here again! Gracias Chris!

Casa Sirena was a fantastic stay—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious with private bathrooms, which made it feel extra relaxing. The rooftop deck is a highlight, and having two pools is a big bonus. The staff were wonderful and welcoming, and the location is perfect—close to everything but still feels like a retreat. Would definitely stay again!

Central location close to all the downtown restaurants and under 15 minutes walking to Playa Norte. Recommend renting golf carts if you plan to visit anywhere in the central or southern part of the island. Friendly host with excellent communication and hospitality. The property concierge was responsive and very helpful. Housekeeping staff onsite daily for cleaning. Spacious bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms. Rooftop deck with 360 views – can see the sunrise and sunset from up there. Would absolutely stay here again.

This place is absolutely beautiful, the views especially at sunset from roof are breathtaking! My son proposed to his fiancé up top at sunset and it was gorgeous. Rooms are clean and comfy . You have to stay here . The island is a must !

Beautiful place, spotless, comfortable, and even better than the photos. The views were unbelievable, especially at sunset, and the ocean breeze made every moment feel like a true getaway.

Perfect place for us to celebrate my brother in law’s birthday. All of the rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was there every day to straighten things up. The downstairs kitchen ,living room and outdoor area with a pool was great for gathering in the morning and evening for conversation meals and planning activities. The upstairs rooftop deck was perfect for late afternoon and early evening cocktails watching the sun set. The location was great. A short walk to bars, stores and restaurants. Overall a perfect place to spend a vacation. Already booked for next year.
