The ground floor entrance gives quick and easy access to the propertyโs swimming pool, the white-sand beach, lush tropical gardens, and the on-site restaurant. The condo is situated on the first floor, providing easy access to the large patio outside and the pool. The patio is perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun, while also providing breathtaking views of the ocean. As an added bonus, our condo is the only one in the Nautibeach complex that features two bathrooms!
Walk out the door, and step directly onto one of the worldโs most beautiful beaches (we know weโre biased, but this ranking comes from Trip Advisor!) This privately-rented home is in one of the islandโs best locations; alongside the white sand of Playa Norte and a stoneโs throw away from the quaint cobblestone streets and bustling nightlife of El Centro.

This recently renovated property has incredible tile craftsmanship, authentic dรฉcor, comfortable beds, open-concept living space and all the amenities of home. Floor-to-ceiling windows that look over the gardens will make you feel like youโve woken up in the jungle. Your condo comes stocked with all the basics of a perfect vacation: towels, clean linens, air conditioning, fans, and a cold fridge for your evening drinks.
Just a few steps away are the downtown core of Isla Mujeresโ El Centro. These charming and cheerful cobblestone streets are home to brightly-painted wooden houses, funky bars with live music, small shops selling local wares, and restaurants with culinary traditions from every corner of the globe.
At Nautibeach, you are a short walk from the islandโs top attractions and if you want to do more exploring, we can help you rent a golf cart to see the rest of Isla Mujeres via its easy-to-navigate outer ring road.
Rates are based on double occupancy, add $25 per night for each additional guest over the age of 5.
